These Terms of Service govern your use of this store and purchases from Prime Ltd (“Prime,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Store use and eligibility

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We work to present products, descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurately, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order before shipment where permitted by law. Product colors and appearance may vary with your device settings.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we process it and send an order or shipment confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing or inventory errors, or violation of these Terms. If payment has already been captured for a canceled order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, processing, delivery estimates, and address responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, governmental action, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will provide reasonable support in resolving delivery issues.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all return and refund requests. We accept claims only for items that arrived damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, submitted within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

6. Intellectual property

The store’s content, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Prime Ltd and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit them without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the store; interfere with security or operations; use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the store; submit false information; infringe rights; or engage in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the store or products.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the United States and, where permitted, the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights.
